Fall is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort and there are new room discounts for guests planning a vacation this year.

The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival starts in mid-September and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party begins September 1. Later in the season after the Halloween decorations come down the Magic Kingdom is decked out for the winter holidays.

These new room-only discounts will give guests up to 30 percent off the rack rate. The discounts are valid for stays most nights October 4 through November 25, and November 29 through December 23, 2014.
